I’ve blogged before about causes that are close to my heart, and last week I had the opportunity to work with another great cause.
The event, Dress Like a Girl, was hosted by the Cisco Women of Impact (WoL). The concept is simple but powerful: by creating new dresses for “at risk” young girls living in poverty you give them hope and encouragement while bringing awareness to human trafficking.
We spent the afternoon assembling dress kits and creating lovely, personal Valentines to make each recipient feel special, dignified and cared for. Thank you, WoL team, for inviting me to participate in your Passion Project!
We’re happy to support one of our favorite clients, Cisco, and send out a special congratulations to Barbara Koch for heading up a successful project.
